The Keurig Coffee Maker is the most popular single cup brewing system in North America. Keurig first hit the market in 1998 and has steadily grown in availability and popularity since then. Offering many different options of brewing systems, there is bound to be one that suits the needs and desires of every consumer.

There are many different options for the individual in the Keurig Coffee Maker range. For the home, you can start with the basic Keurig MINI Plus brewing system that retails for around $99. This system does not have a water reservoir like its larger counterparts, so it is most well-suited for one person use or for occasional use like at a vacation. However, it is the one of the only systems that comes in a variety of colors including traditional black, red, platinum, green or yellow. This system is only available for purchase online.

The Keurig Elite Brewing System is the next offering in the Keurig reusable coffee cup Maker range. A step up from the mini, the Elite system retails for around $110. This system offers a 48 oz. removable water reservoir for one touch brewing convenience. It also offers the user a choice of two cup sizes, 8 oz. or 10 oz. For travel mug use, the Elite has a drip pan that can be removed to accommodate the size of the mug. However, filling the mug will require two brewing sessions and two k-cups. The system also has an auto-off feature that will power down the system after two hours of non-use.

The next step up in the Keurig Coffee Maker range from the Elite brewing system is the Special Edition Brewing System, also called the B60 Brewing System. This Keurig Coffee Maker retails for around $140. Like the Elite, the Special Edition system has a 48 oz. removable water reservoir, although with this system, there is a blue light at the base of the reservoir that blinks when the water is low. However, it has features a step up from the Elite, offering a more customizable experience for the user. The B60 Brewing System offers three cup sizes (6 oz., 8 oz. or 10 oz.) and a programmable water temperature setting. Additionally, this Keurig Coffee Maker is a step up from the Elite system. It features chrome accents along with the black plastic along with a blue backlit LCD display. There is a digital clock built into the LCD display that is programmable. Like the Elite below it, the B60 system also offers the 2 hour auto-off feature.

The Keurig Coffee Maker Platinum Brewing System (also known as the B70) is yet another step up in the Keurig Coffee Maker line. It features even more chrome accents than the Special Edition and is available in either platinum or cinnamon colors. Additionally, the Platinum system has 5 brewing size choices – 4 oz., 6 oz., 8 oz., 10 oz. or 12 oz. The blue backlit LCD display in the B70 allows the user to program the water temperature and set the digital clock. It also houses the auto on/off feature and the cup size selections. The reservoir with the Special Edition holds up to 60 oz. of water. This system retails for around $170.

The Breville or Cuisinart Brewing Systems are the top-of-the-line Keurig Coffee Makers for home use. Each system features an exclusive partnership with the named company.
